Subprocessors

This page lists the subprocessors Zappwise AB engages to provide the Service. We engage these subprocessors to deliver core platform functionality, infrastructure, and supporting services. Each subprocessor is bound by data protection obligations no less protective than those in our Data Processing Agreement.
Notice of changes
We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice when adding or replacing a subprocessor, by email to account contacts and via this page. Business customers may object to a new subprocessor on reasonable data protection grounds within 15 days of the notice, as set out in our DPA Section 8.3.
Current subprocessors
Google Cloud Platform (Google LLC)
Service: Cloud infrastructure hosting, including compute and supporting services used to deliver the Service.
Location of processing: European Union (primary), with possible transfers to the United States.
Transfer mechanism: Standard Contractual Clauses, as set out in Google's Cloud Data Processing Addendum.
